There were no waterfront sales in December or January. The average and median residential waterfront prices paid at Port Townsend were $563,000 and $469,000, respectively.


November was the peak month for waterfront selling in this area, with five sales including two condominium units and one million-dollar residential home sold. (The only higher-priced sale was contracted in May for $1.17 million.) There were four waterfront sales in April, and two monthly from June through September.
