There were 75 waterfront sales in North and Central Whidbey Island over the 15 months. With twelve such sales, July was the most active month, followed by August with nine.
All four waterfront sales upwards of a million dollars were at Greenbank, three of them in May. All eight waterfront condominium sales were at Oak Harbor, where they averaged $271,000. RSIR listed one home sold in January at Oak Harbor for $790,000—one of the top ten sales by price on North Whidbey Island.
