From Lake Union west, the average and median selling prices were $1.08 million and $560,000, respectively. Fifteen-month residential average and median selling prices from East Lake Union to Leschi were $2.03 million and $1.63 million, respectively.
In this area, October was the leading month for waterfront sales in 2018. Ten homes were sold in that month, including two in Queen Anne and one in Magnolia. Of all 13 waterfront homes sold in those areas over the 15 months, only one was a condominium.
Meanwhile, 31 of the 50 waterfront homes sold from Lake Union east were condominiums, including nine at prices upward from a million dollars. RSIR listed two of the sold condominiums: one at Madison Park that sold for $955,000 in October 2018, and previously, one at Leschi that sold for $1.75 million in February. In this area of Seattle, only three residential sales were closed from May through July; yet four were sold in September, and three each in October and December.
