Eighteen waterfront condominiums were sold at Bremerton for an average price of $405,000. Among residential waterfront sales, the average and median prices paid at Bremerton were $545,000 and $507,500, respectively. At Port Orchard, they were respectively $542,000 and $463,000.
Waterfront business in Bremerton and Port Orchard peaked in August with 18 home sales, after 14 sales monthly in both June and July; but there were also 16 sales in January 2018. This area saw 156 waterfront sales during the 15 months, including nine between $1.0 million and $2.4 million. Among these nine homes sold, three of the four at Bremerton were along Dyes Inlet and one at Enetai. Of the rest, one was on the Colvos Passage, another at Colchester, and three others at Wautauga Beach on the Rich Passage.
